1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Standard Returns)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, if you are a customer residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item within 14 days of receiving your physical goods, without giving any reason.
To qualify for a standard return and receive a full refund, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be in the exact same condition in which you received it—completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Any protective wraps, tags, or accompanying certificates must be intact.
- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within the 14-day window by emailing [email protected].
2. Important Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Please note that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products:
- Custom-Made & Personalized Items: Any artwork, canvas, jewelry, or craft created specifically to your custom specifications, sizing, or personalization cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- Sealed Vintage & Vinyl Records: If an item is listed and sold as “Mint” and “Sealed”, breaking the seal upon receipt constitutes acceptance of the item. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sealed items once the seal has been broken or opened. By breaking the seal, you voluntarily waive your right to return the item.
3. No Partial Refunds Policy
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution, we do not offer partial refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or believe there is an issue with your item, you must return the product to us in its entirety to receive a refund. We do not negotiate price discounts or partial cash-back options while you retain ownership of the item.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
To return an eligible item, you must strictly follow our return procedure:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. State your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with our specific return shipping address and instructions. Do not ship any items back to us without receiving our written confirmation first.
- Package Securely: Pack the item securely using the original packaging (or packaging of equal quality) to ensure it is not damaged during the return journey. If returned items arrive damaged due to poor packaging, only a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
- Customs Declaration (For non-EU Returns): If you are shipping from outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada), you must clearly mark the outer package and the customs declaration form as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”. Failure to do so may result in import custom charges in Greece, which will be deducted from your final refund.
- Ship with Tracking: You must ship the return parcel using a registered/certified mail service with a valid tracking number. We are not liable for refunds if returned packages are lost in transit or shipped without a tracking code.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, made an ordering mistake, or dislike the style, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable for standard “change of mind” returns. Only the cost of the physical product will be refunded.
- Return Limit: Refund of return shipping costs (applicable only in cases of our error or defective items) is based on standard, reasonable registered postal rates. Return shipping costs that exceed our original shipping rate will not be covered; instead, a maximum amount equal to the original shipping cost will be refunded.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received at our studio in Greece, we will inspect the items to verify their condition.
- If the items are approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Stripe credit/debit card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
- Transaction Fees: If a refund is requested for reasons entirely out of the seller’s control (e.g., you accidentally placed a double order or changed your mind before shipping), any non-refundable transaction processing fees charged by PayPal or Stripe may be deducted from your total refund.
- Disputes: We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly with you. Please reach out to us first. If a dispute is escalated through PayPal or card providers before contacting us, we will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstances, as this bypasses our direct customer service procedures.
7. Damaged or Wrongly Sent Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or completely different from what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Please refer to Section 8 of our Shipping & Delivery page for details on how to refuse damaged parcels or provide the required photo evidence for transit damage claims. Once validated, we will cover the return shipping costs (based on standard postal rates) and arrange for a full refund or replacement.
